Clipyard is basically an editor of the WYSIWYG type that lets you create drawings and animations, bring together different independent layers, apply effects and filters, etc. It works with the following types of graphic formats: JPG, BMP and GIF. It also lets you insert background music in MP3 format.

Once you`ve finished the whole design, Clipyard saves it as an SWF file, ready to be run in any Flash player or on the Internet.
